Do we think with our brains?

The second part of the article by Icelandic philosopher. The author attempts to clarify whether visual perception is the work of our brain. If brain “sees” something no matter in what context, maybe it is enough for a possibility of seeing to be formed – asks the author and provides his viewpoint.
