Virginie Maris

is Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Montreal. Her doctoral dissertation surveyed scientific, ethical and political approaches to the protection of biodiversity. She has written numerous articles on the economic evaluation of biodiversity and on sustainable development, published in the online journal Les Ateliers de l’éthique.
