Phillip Cole

Phil Cole is Senior Lecturer in Politics and International Relations. His areas of expertise are international migration and human rights, global ethics and international justice, asylum and refugees.

His publications include Philosophies of exclusion: Liberal political theory and immigration (Edinburgh University Press, 2000), The myth of evil (Edinburgh University Press, 2007), Debating the ethics of Immigration (Oxford University Press, 2011; together with Christopher Heath Wellman).
