Karl Ove Knausgård
is a Norwegian author. He is the author of A Time to Every Purpose Under Heaven, trans. James Anderson (Portobello Books, 2009) and the six-volume Min kamp (2009–2011), the first three books of which have been translated into English as My Struggle: Book 1, My Struggle Book 2: A Man in Love (trans. Don Bartlett, Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2013-2014) and My Struggle: Book Three (trans, Barbara Haveland, Archipelago, 2014).
