Andrzej Mirga
is chairman of the Project on Ethnic Relations Romani Advisory Council. He is an ethnographer and was affiliated with the Jagellonian University in Cracow. He was a president of the Romani Associaton in Poland and has served on the Polish national committee to draft a law on minorities. He is alos vice chairman of the Specialist Group on Roma/Gypsies of the council of Europe. Mr. Mirga has published numerous articles on the Roma and is co-author of
