Anneke Ribberink

is a member of the Faculty of Arts of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Her research focuses on political women at an international level, including Margaret Thatcher (UK), Alva Myrdal (Sweden), Gro Harlem Brundtland (Norway), Madeleine Albright (USA), Marga Klompé and Hilda Verwey-Jonker (The Netherlands). She is co-editor of Life Writing Matters in Europe (Heidelberg 2012).
