Ivan Hare

is a barrister practising at Blackstone Chambers in London and specializing in human rights cases. He is the editor of Extreme Speech and Democracy (OUP, 2009) (with James Weinstein) and one of the authors of De Smith’s Judicial Review. He was a Fellow of Trinity College Cambridge 1991-2003.
