Timothy Druckrey

is Director of the Graduate Photographic and Electronic Media programme at Maryland Institute College of Art. He also works as a curator, writer and editor. He is co-editor with Gretchen Bender of Culture on the Brink: Ideologies of Technology (Bay Press, 1998). With Charles Stainback, he co-curated the exhibition Iterations: The New Image at the International Center of Photography and co-edited the book of the same name (MIT Press, 1993). Druckrey is Series Editor for Electronic Culture: History, Theory, Practice, published by MIT Press.
