Research fellow in political science at CERAPS (Centre d’études et de recherches administratives, politiques et sociales), part of CNRS (Centre national de la recherche scientifique). He is the author of Schools of Democracy: How Ordinary Citizens (Sometimes) Become More Competent in Participatory Budgeting Institutions (Colchester: ECPR Press, 2011).
