Lynn SK

Lynn graduated in Cinema and Media Studies and finally chose to become a photographer. Born in Algeria, she arrived in France at the age of 8. Her work focuses on intimacy; identity and exile; and “in-between” stories concerning youth and adolescence, minorities and gender, bilingualism and biculturalism.

She also regularly works as a film-set photographer and with artists in the spheres of cinema, music, literature and theater – including the author Lola Lafon, the actress Emmanuelle Béart and the feminist writer Virginie Despentes. In addition to showing her works in collective and solo exhibitions at museums and galleries, Lynn S.K.’s photography has been published in a range of newspapers and cultural magazines such as Libération, Chronic’art, Technikart and Numéro.
